Some examples of these projects are through our company i3 Home Designs specializing in building energy-efficient smart homes with weather-safe rooms in communities vulnerable to or recovering from severe/dangerous weather conditions via steel and concrete materials. Additional real estate projects include working with nonprofit organizations to create 55+ communities providing housing to markets in need of more particular housing specifications. On a more commercial end of GF Bailey Construction, we have participated in providing bulletproof windows and doors in schools, creation of public food halls to bring commerce to a particular community while supporting the growth of local chefs and restaurants, and constructing aquaponic produce systems to provide clean and healthy sustainable food options.

Historic school on Salem Avenue planned for redevelopment
Dayton’s school board will approve the sale of 10 former school sites next Tuesday — nine vacant lots plus the historic Longfellow school at 245 Salem Avenue, which will become a redevelopment project.

Tornado-resistant homes built in Trotwood
TROTWOOD, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) -- A city ravaged by the Memorial Day tornadoes in 2019 is taking another stride toward recovery. Trotwood Mayor Mary McDonald says four new homes are being built in the city's Sycamore Woods neighborhood. They will be designed to withstand tornado-force winds.
